Where to find it

Settings → Organisation → General

✅ Common tasks

Edit name, address and VAT number

1. Go to Settings → Organisation → General

2. Enter or update the organisation name (at least 3 characters)

3. Fill in Street, House number, Box, Postal code and Locality

4. Enter the VAT number in your country's format

5. Click outside each field to save it

The VAT field locks and becomes read-only once KYB verification confirms it — contact support to correct it after that.

Set language, VAT status and fiscal year

1. Go to Settings → Organisation → General

2. Choose the default language: English, Dutch or French

3. Toggle "This organisation is exempt from VAT" if it applies

4. Select the Bookyear start month

The default language also controls outgoing invoice PDFs, Slack notifications and auto-replies, so choose carefully.

Upload or resize your logo

1. Go to Settings → Organisation → General

2. Select the logo area next to the organisation name

3. Upload a PNG, JPEG or HEIC file

4. Wait for the "Logo uploaded" confirmation

5. Choose a Logo size (Small, Normal or Large) once uploaded
