
Settings → Organisation → General
Open the General section of your organisation settings.
Change the Name field.
Click away to save the change.
Use at least 3 characters for the name.
If you only remove extra spaces, Cashfeed treats it as the same name and does not save a change.
The save happens when you leave the field, not from a separate Save button.
Enter or update your VAT number in the VAT field.
If the field is locked, your VAT number can no longer be changed after KYB.
Fill in the address fields you want to use: street, house number, box, postal code, and locality.
Leave any address field empty if you do not want to set it.
Only users with permission to change VAT can edit that field.
VAT can be read-only even when other profile fields are editable.
Choose the organisation language from the language selector.
Update the logo by clicking the logo area and uploading an image.
Use the trash icon to remove the current logo.
After a logo upload, Cashfeed refreshes the organisation and profile data automatically.
If the logo preview looks wrong, remove it and upload the correct file again.
The selected language applies to outgoing invoices, PDFs, Slack messages, auto-replies, and billing notifications.
Turn on VAT-exempt status if your organisation is exempt from VAT.
Set the fiscal year start month to the month your books begin.
Pick a month from January through December.
Review the change carefully before leaving the field.
If your organisation uses a different fiscal year later, update this month here.
The fiscal year start month accepts only one month value from 1 to 12.
Check whether your VAT number was locked after KYB.
Ask an organisation admin to review the VAT change with you.
Contact Cashfeed support if you believe the lock is incorrect.
Make sure the name is at least 3 characters long.
Click out of the field after editing so Cashfeed can save it.
Remove only real changes; trimming spaces alone will not save anything.
Try uploading the logo again.
Use a different file if the current one seems corrupted.
Remove the existing logo first, then upload a fresh copy.
Contact Cashfeed support if the upload still fails.
Refresh the page after saving.
Reopen Organisation profile to confirm the latest value.
Remove the logo and upload it again if the preview is outdated.
Choose a month between January and December.
Clear the field and set the correct month again.
Contact Cashfeed support if the field still rejects a valid month.
