Open the app’s OAuth consent link
Open the app’s consent link in Cashfeed.
Sign in if prompted.
Review the permissions the app is requesting.
Expand the permissions section to see grouped access areas.
Choose whether to grant access to all your organisations or only selected ones.
Click to continue approval, then return to the app when Cashfeed redirects you.
If the app asks for a wide permission set, check the grouped summary carefully before approving.
Leave organisation selection empty to grant access to all current and future organisations you belong to.
Select specific organisations only when you want to limit access.
Clear the all-organisations choice before selecting individual organisations.
Make sure at least one organisation is selected when granting a subset.
If the app requests elevated write access, only organisations where your role allows it may be available.
Subset access is only meaningful if you want to avoid granting future organisations automatically.
Use the deny option if you do not want to share access.
Cashfeed sends the app back with an access denied error.
If the redirect looks wrong, stop and do not continue.
If you are unsure about the app or permissions, cancel and verify the request first.
Denied redirects can still include the original state value so the app can match the response.
Open the app’s OAuth settings or connected apps list in Cashfeed.
Find the app you want to remove.
Choose revoke or disconnect access.
Confirm the revocation if asked.
Ask the app owner to re-authorize later if you still need the integration.
Revocation only removes the token; it does not delete data already sent to the app.
Check that the app link includes a client id, redirect URI, PKCE challenge, and code challenge method.
Open the link again after signing in.
If it still fails, contact the app owner or Cashfeed support.
Approve the request again if you clicked deny by mistake.
Verify the consent screen finished redirecting back to the app.
Check whether the app expects a matching state value from the original request.
Check that you belong to at least one Cashfeed organisation.
If the app requests elevated write access, your role may limit which organisations can be chosen.
Ask a Cashfeed admin to confirm your organisation access if needed.
Do not proceed if the redirect URI looks unfamiliar.
Reopen the consent flow from the original app.
Contact the app owner or Cashfeed support to verify the registered redirect URI.
Confirm you revoked the correct app.
Wait for the app to refresh its connection state.
If it still shows as connected, contact Cashfeed support.
