
Managed companies → Accountant portal
Open the accountant portal and choose the Exact Online connection flow.
Pick the Exact Online region if your account uses a specific region.
Complete the Exact Online sign-in and authorization prompt.
After you return to Cashfeed, verify the connection is active.
If you need to reconnect later, repeat the same flow to renew access.
Exact Online must be connected before you can manage client companies.
Open the company list in the accountant portal.
Find the division by name, VAT number, or division code.
Open the company details if you want to confirm the company first.
Choose Enable for the division.
Leave document sync on unless you specifically want to disable it.
Cashfeed creates the connected organisation if it does not already exist.
A division can only be enabled if it belongs to your Exact Online manager connection.
Open the company list in the accountant portal.
Use the company’s actions to disable a connected division.
Choose refresh companies to pull the latest divisions from Exact Online.
Wait for the sync to finish, then reload the list.
If your manager connection expired, reconnect Exact Online first.
Expired manager connections block viewing and managing client companies until renewed.
Open a connected company from the accountant portal.
Go to that company’s invoices list.
Search by invoice number or supplier name to narrow the list.
Open an invoice to view its detail drawer.
Use the organisation link only if you want to jump to the client’s Cashfeed organisation.
If you cannot open the company, it may be connected by another Cashfeed organisation.
Connect Exact Online first.
Refresh the companies list after connecting.
Check that the portal is enabled for your organisation.
Ask your Cashfeed admin or contact Cashfeed support if the list is still empty.
Check whether the division is already connected by another Cashfeed organisation.
Use a different client organisation if you have multiple portfolio permissions.
Ask the organisation owner to review access.
Contact Cashfeed support if the division should be available but stays blocked.
Open the company again and retry the invoices tab.
Check whether the company is connected to the right Cashfeed organisation.
Reconnect Exact Online if the manager connection expired.
Contact Cashfeed support if the company loads but invoices stay empty or error.
Wait for the sync to complete, then reload the page.
Confirm you are signed in with an admin or owner role for the accountant organisation.
Reconnect Exact Online if the connection is expired.
Contact Cashfeed support if the sync still does not update the list.
Make sure you opened the correct connected company.
Confirm you have admin or owner access for the accountant organisation.
Check whether the company is already disabled.
Contact Cashfeed support if the division remains connected after disabling.
