
Organisation switcher in the dashboard header
Open the organisation switcher in the dashboard header.
Choose the organisation you want to work in.
Wait for the dashboard to reload in that organisation.
If you need to check permissions first, review your role in that organisation with your admin.
Your available organisations depend on your Cashfeed access, not your current page.
Use the email link you received from Cashfeed.
Let the link sign you in and switch you into the target organisation.
If the link includes a redirect, Cashfeed should return you to the requested page after login.
If you already have a session, the link still switches the active organisation.
These links are organisation-specific, so they only work for the intended account.
If you see an error after switching, sign out and try again.
If a link says it is invalid, open the most recent email instead of an older one.
If you were sent to the wrong place after login, reopen the link from the original email.
If you still cannot enter the organisation, contact the organisation owner or Cashfeed support.
Some email-based links are single-use or time-sensitive.
Use the organisation switcher and select the correct organisation.
Reopen the original email link instead of a forwarded copy.
Sign out and sign back in, then try the link again.
Open the newest email for that action.
Check that you copied the full link.
Ask the sender to resend the link.
Confirm you have been invited to that organisation.
Ask your Cashfeed admin to verify your access.
Contact Cashfeed support if the invitation should already be active.
Use the original link from the email, not a bookmarked URL.
Clear the browser tab and try the link again.
Sign out first if you are already in another organisation.
