
Transactions
Open Transactions to see the bank transaction list.
Use tabs, filters, search, and sorting to narrow the list.
Filter by linked status, ignored status, suggestions, IBAN, currency, amount, date, or assignee.
Use the date filters with an exact range when you need a specific period.
If a filter combination returns nothing, clear one filter at a time to find the blocker.
If you filter by assignee, you can also choose only unassigned transactions.
Select a transaction row to open its details.
Review amount, account, date, counterpart name, IBAN, and reference.
Check the assignee field and linked document area for context.
Use the document preview to inspect a linked invoice or outgoing invoice.
Open the raw transaction data only when you need the original payload.
Transactions may also show ignored status directly in the details panel.
Open the transaction details panel.
Use the Assignee field to choose the reviewer.
Pick a valid approval candidate for the organisation.
Clear the assignee if you need to remove it later.
Save the change from the same panel if prompted by the UI.
Only users who are valid approval candidates can be assigned.
Open the transaction details panel.
Use the transaction edit controls to mark it as ignored when you want it out of the active list.
Ignored transactions still show an Ignored badge in the list and details.
Use Delete transaction from the actions menu if you need to remove the entry entirely.
If the transaction is linked to an invoice, unlink it first before correcting the match.
Deleting is separate from ignoring; choose the lighter action when you only want to hide noise.
Choose a user who is an approval candidate for the organisation.
Ask your Cashfeed admin to update the user's role or permissions.
Clear the current assignee and try again.
Contact Cashfeed support if the user should be assignable but isn't.
Clear search and filters, especially linked, ignored, and assignee filters.
Check the date range and IBAN filter.
Switch to the correct organisation.
Refresh the page and try again.
Open the transaction details and review the linked invoice or outgoing invoice.
Unlink the transaction before making a different match.
Use Unlinking and correcting a transaction match for the matching workflow.
Contact Cashfeed support if the link should not exist.
Make sure you opened the transaction actions menu in the details panel.
Unlink the transaction first if it is tied to an invoice.
Try again with an owner or admin account.
Contact Cashfeed support if the entry still cannot be removed.
