Settings → Connections → Spendesk
Open the Spendesk connection setup in Cashfeed.
Enter your Spendesk Client ID and Secret Key.
Find those credentials in Spendesk under Settings → Integrations → API access management.
Select Connect.
Wait for the connection to finish creating; Cashfeed starts syncing automatically afterward.
If Cashfeed says the credentials are invalid, recheck both values exactly as copied from Spendesk.
Open the Spendesk connection details page.
Review the Status badge to see whether it is Active, Expired, or another state.
Check Last synced to confirm when Cashfeed last pulled data.
Check Connected since to see when the connection was created.
If you need a fresh import, use Sync Now.
After you queue a sync, the timestamp may not change immediately.
Open the Spendesk connection details page.
Select Sync Now.
Wait for Cashfeed to queue the background sync.
Use this when you expect new settlements or payable data to appear.
Refresh the status page after a short wait to confirm the latest sync time.
A sync request can queue even if one of the background jobs has trouble later.
Open the Spendesk connection details page.
Choose Remove Connection from the menu.
Confirm the removal in the dialog.
Remember that Cashfeed also archives transactions linked to that connection.
Reconnect later with the same credentials if you want to resume syncing.
Remove only when you no longer want Spendesk data flowing into Cashfeed.
Re-enter the Client ID and Secret Key exactly as shown in Spendesk.
Check that you copied the credentials from Settings → Integrations → API access management.
If they still fail, contact the person who manages Spendesk access.
Contact Cashfeed support if the connection still will not validate.
Check whether an active Spendesk connection is already listed in Cashfeed.
Open the existing connection instead of creating a new one.
Remove the old connection first if you need to reconnect with the same credentials.
Contact Cashfeed support if the duplicate status looks wrong.
Wait a little longer for the background sync to finish.
Open the connection details page and check the Last synced timestamp.
Run Sync Now again if you expect newly added Spendesk data.
Contact Cashfeed support if the sync keeps queuing without updating data.
Make sure you opened the correct organisation in Cashfeed.
Check that you are on the Spendesk connection details page, not another integration.
Ask an admin or owner to verify the connection still exists.
Contact Cashfeed support if the connection vanished unexpectedly.
Ask an admin or owner to open the Spendesk connection.
Use an account with admin or owner access to connect or remove it.
Return to the connections page if you only need to view other integrations.
