
Settings → Team
Open Settings → Team for the accountant organisation.
Find the Accountant section and select the AdminPulse connect action.
Cashfeed opens the AdminPulse sign-in and consent flow in AdminPulse.
Complete the AdminPulse login and grant the requested access.
Wait for Cashfeed to redirect back to the Team settings page.
You must start the flow from an accountant organisation, not a client organisation.
After AdminPulse redirects back, Cashfeed processes the callback automatically.
If the callback succeeds, you return to Team settings with success shown in the page hash.
If the callback fails, retry the connection from Settings → Team.
If the callback URL is missing code or state, start the flow again from Cashfeed.
The callback can fail if the AdminPulse sign-in flow is interrupted or the returned parameters are incomplete.
Open Settings → Team and look in the Accountant section.
Use the AdminPulse connection view to confirm whether a connection exists.
If you reconnect an existing AdminPulse account, Cashfeed updates the connection instead of creating a duplicate.
When the connection is refreshed, Cashfeed re-invites accountant relations in the background.
Reconnects reuse the same AdminPulse identity when Cashfeed finds an existing connection.
Open Settings → Team for the accountant organisation.
Find the AdminPulse connection in the Accountant section.
Choose the remove action and confirm the deletion.
Reload the page if the connection still appears after removal.
Removal is available from the Team page only for users with sufficient organisation access.
Make sure the organisation is marked as an accountant.
Open the organisation’s Settings → Team page again.
Check that you are looking in the Accountant section.
Contact Cashfeed support if the option still does not appear.
Start the AdminPulse flow again from Settings → Team.
Make sure you finish the AdminPulse consent screen before returning.
Do not remove or alter the callback page URL during the redirect.
Contact Cashfeed support if the page keeps landing on an error hash.
Refresh Settings → Team after completing the flow.
Confirm you finished the full AdminPulse sign-in and consent flow.
Try reconnecting from the AdminPulse connect action.
Contact Cashfeed support if the connection still is not listed.
Confirm you are an Owner or Admin on the organisation.
Open the accountant organisation’s Settings → Team page.
Try the remove action again and confirm it in the dialog.
Contact Cashfeed support if the connection remains after deletion.
