
Accountant portal → Clients
Open Clients in the accountant portal.
Use All, PEPPOL active, or PEPPOL not active to filter the list.
Check each client’s incoming, outgoing, transaction, and to-do counts.
Review the owner email shown under each company name.
Look at the PEPPOL badge to see whether the client is connected.
The PEPPOL totals include both active clients and pending invitations.
Find the client you want to work on.
Select the arrow button on that client row.
Cashfeed opens that organisation’s To-do page.
Use the organisation switch to return to your accountant portal when needed.
You can only switch into organisations you already manage.
Select Add new client.
Search for the company name and country.
Enter at least three characters to see search results.
Pick a suggested company or enter the details manually.
Fill in the contact name, last name, email, company name, VAT number or EIN, and country.
Submit the invitation.
Admins and owners can invite clients; accountants can view the portfolio but not create invitations.
Open the pending invitations list in Clients.
Review the invited company name, contact email, and PEPPOL badge.
Use the same PEPPOL filters to narrow pending invites.
If an invitation is missing, confirm it was sent for the same VAT number and organisation.
If you are an accountant-only user on one organisation, pending invitations do not show.
Confirm you are an Admin or Owner in the accountant organisation.
Open the accountant portal Clients page, not a client organisation.
Ask an organisation owner to invite the client if you only have accountant access.
Enter at least three characters in the organisation name field.
Choose a country before searching.
Enter the company manually if the suggestion list stays empty.
Check the pending invitations list for the same VAT number.
Confirm you are inviting the correct company and country.
Avoid sending a second invitation for the same company.
Check whether another accountant organisation already manages that VAT number.
Do not send another invitation for the same company.
Contact Cashfeed support if the company should be reassigned.
Refresh the Clients page and reopen the pending list.
Check whether you are on an accountant-only organisation view.
Contact Cashfeed support if the invitation was created but not appearing.
