Incoming invoice → line items panel / edit items
Open the invoice and find the line-items summary or panel.
Check the visible description, tax-excluded amount, VAT code, and ledger account.
Look for warnings when the line items do not match the invoice total.
If booking suggestions are still running, wait for them to finish or choose Incoming invoices to continue elsewhere.
If you have accounting dimensions, review the analytic account splits too.
Line items may be hidden or collapsed into a summary until you open the edit view.
Open the line-item editor on the invoice.
Describe the change you want in plain language, such as changing a ledger account or removing a line.
If needed, include the current line items and any accounting options Cashfeed can choose from.
Add conversation history when you want the AI to follow an earlier instruction.
Review the proposed changes before saving them to the invoice.
AI can update, add, or remove line items, and it ignores unchanged values.
Open the re-extract line-items action on the invoice.
Choose the extraction mode if you want to override the default.
If you use prompt mode, write a short extraction instruction instead of a full accounting rule.
Optionally save the mode and prompt as the supplier default for future invoices.
Run extraction again and compare the new result with the old one.
Use a narrow prompt, such as extracting only summary lines from the first page.
Check that the invoice actually has extracted line items.
Re-run line-item extraction.
Contact Cashfeed support if the invoice should have lines but none appear.
Make the request more specific.
Include the exact field you want changed, such as VAT code or ledger account.
Check whether the target value is available in your accounting options.
Shorten the prompt.
Remove unsafe or unrelated instructions.
Use a simpler extraction request and try again.
Re-run extraction and compare the result.
Check whether discounts or VAT explain the difference.
Edit the line items manually or contact Cashfeed support if the mismatch persists.
