
Settings → User → WhatsApp
Open your WhatsApp settings and choose Link WhatsApp.
Enter the WhatsApp phone number you want to verify.
Cashfeed creates a verification request and opens a QR-style link.
Use the link from Cashfeed to send the verification code in WhatsApp.
If you already have a pending request, Cashfeed reuses it until it expires.
Only one pending verification request is kept active per user.
Open the verification link and scan or send the WhatsApp deep link.
Send the six-digit code shown in the link back through WhatsApp.
Wait for Cashfeed to confirm the number and mark it connected.
If the code is valid, you should see your number linked in settings.
If the code has expired, create a new verification request.
Verification requests expire after 10 minutes.
After linking, send a receipt image or a PDF to the Cashfeed WhatsApp number.
If you have access to more than one organisation, choose the right organisation first.
For images, add the organisation number at the start of the caption when needed.
For receipts that need accounting notes, add your notes in the image caption after the number.
If Cashfeed cannot identify your organisation, it asks you to pick one in WhatsApp.
Documents without a photo or PDF are not processed as receipts.
If the number is linked, Cashfeed marks incoming webhook messages as read.
Cashfeed can reply when a verification code is invalid, expired, or already connected elsewhere.
If your number is unknown to Cashfeed, it tells you the number is not found.
If you do not have WhatsApp document access, ask an owner or admin to grant it.
For unrecognised documents with multiple organisations, resend the file with the organisation number.
Approvers can send documents only if they have WhatsApp access for the organisation.
Check that you sent the six-digit code exactly as shown.
Create a new verification request and try again.
Make sure you send the code before the request expires.
Contact Cashfeed support if the link still fails.
Disconnect the number from the other Cashfeed account first.
Try the verification again after the old connection is removed.
Contact Cashfeed support if you cannot access the other account.
Verify you are messaging from the same WhatsApp number you linked.
Create a verification request for the correct number.
Check that the number includes the full international format.
Send a receipt image or a PDF, not plain text.
Make sure the file reaches the Cashfeed WhatsApp number.
Add the organisation number in the caption if you use multiple organisations.
Resend the document with the organisation number at the start of the caption.
If prompted, select the correct organisation in WhatsApp.
Use the caption notes after the number for accounting comments.
