Where to find it

Settings → User → WhatsApp

✅ Common tasks

Link WhatsApp

1. Click Link WhatsApp.

2. Enter your phone number if prompted.

3. Submit the request.

4. Open the verification screen and scan the WhatsApp deep link.

5. Send the code in WhatsApp as VERIFY-123456.

The verification request expires after 10 minutes.

Check verification status

1. Open the verification page.

2. Check the status on the request.

3. Wait for it to update to Connected.

4. Create a new verification request if the status becomes Expired.

While the page is open, it refreshes automatically.

Send documents

1. Send a photo of a receipt or an image/PDF to Cashfeed on WhatsApp.

2. Add a caption with notes if you want.

3. Include the organisation number in the caption if you manage more than one organisation.

4. Incoming invoices may then continue through Cashfeed processing.

For PDFs with multiple organisations, Cashfeed may ask you to pick one first.
