
Organisation settings → Danger zone
Open the organisation’s settings and go to Danger zone.
Read the warning that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Make sure you are in the correct organisation before continuing.
If you need to switch organisations first, use Switching between organisations.
Only the organisation owner or admin can use this area.
In Danger zone, select Delete organisation.
Review the confirmation prompt carefully.
Confirm the deletion when you are sure.
Expect the organisation and its associated data to be removed permanently.
There is no undo button after you confirm.
If you do not see the Danger zone, check your role.
Ask an organisation owner or admin to perform the deletion.
If deletion still fails, contact Cashfeed support.
Do not try to work around the confirmation step by reloading or switching tabs.
Approver and accountant roles do not have access to this action.
Check that you are in the correct organisation.
Ask an owner or admin to open organisation settings.
Confirm you have permission to manage organisation settings.
Make sure you clicked the Delete organisation button in Danger zone.
Complete the confirmation prompt instead of closing it.
Ask an owner or admin to retry if your role is restricted.
Switch to the correct organisation first.
Return to organisation settings and open Danger zone again.
Only proceed when the organisation name matches the one you want to remove.
Contact Cashfeed support immediately.
Share the organisation name and when it was deleted.
Do not create a replacement organisation until support advises you.
