Deleting your organisation

Where to find it

Settings → Organisation → Danger zone

✅ Common tasks

Before you delete

1. Check the organisation name in Settings → Organisation is correct

2. If you belong to multiple organisations, switch to the right one first

3. Check whether the organisation has a registered Peppol participant

4. Accept that deletion cannot be undone

If a Peppol participant is registered, contact Cashfeed support before deleting.

Who can delete the organisation

1. Confirm the organisation is currently active, not already archived

2. Sign in as an organisation Owner

3. Ask an Owner to do it for you if you're only an Admin or another role

Delete the organisation

1. Open Settings → Organisation

2. Scroll to the Danger zone section

3. Click Delete organisation

4. Read the confirmation that this cannot be undone

5. Confirm to let Cashfeed process the deletion

This also removes your own access, since all members lose organisation permissions immediately.
