Open the Subscription page for your organisation.
Enter the monthly amount in euro cents.
Choose a start date in ISO format.
If the start date is in the future, Cashfeed uses a trial period until that date.
Finish setup in the Stripe Checkout page.
Use the checkout link again if you need a new session; previous pending sessions expire on their own.
A future start date delays billing until that date.
Open the Subscription page.
Look for the current status badge on the page.
Expect one of these states: PENDING_SETUP, ACTIVE, PAST_DUE, CANCELLED, PAUSED, or SCHEDULED_CANCELLATION.
If the organisation is not on subscription billing, you will be sent back to the To-do list.
If you created a new checkout after cancelling, Cashfeed reuses the existing subscription record.
Subscription billing replaces the credits view on this page.
Open the Subscription page.
Cancel the subscription from the subscription status area.
Keep using the organisation until the current billing period ends.
After cancellation is scheduled, the subscription shows SCHEDULED_CANCELLATION.
When the cancellation date arrives, the subscription becomes CANCELLED and Cashfeed records the cancellation time.
Cancellation at period end is scheduled, not immediate.
Refresh the page and try the Stripe Checkout link again.
Create a new checkout session if the previous one expired.
Contact Cashfeed support if the checkout URL is still missing.
Cancel the current active or pending subscription first.
Try again after the subscription is CANCELLED.
If you just need a fresh checkout link, regenerate it from the Subscription flow.
Check that your organisation is on subscription billing.
Open the Subscription page again after setup completes.
If the page redirects to To-do, your organisation is not using subscription billing.
Reload the Subscription page.
Wait a moment after completing Stripe Checkout.
Contact Cashfeed support if the status stays stuck in PENDING_SETUP or PAST_DUE.
