
Dashboard banners and alerts
Open the renewal banner when it appears.
Read the re-authentication message: Cashfeed requires this every 180 days for PSD2 security.
Follow the reconnect flow for the affected connection.
If the banner is for Slack, click Reconnect.
Wait for the banner to disappear after the connection is renewed.
A renewal banner means the connection needs fresh authentication, not that your data is lost.
Review the access request banner at the top of your dashboard.
Check whether the request names a specific accountant.
Click Accept to let the accountant access your organisation.
Click Reject if you do not want to share access.
If you accept, the banner closes after Cashfeed refreshes the sync status.
Your accountantโs actions may be visible to the customer when you view their organisation.
Look for the banner shown when you are viewing an organisation as an accountant.
Use the back arrow to return to the managed companies list.
Remember that actions you take in this view may be visible to the customer.
Switch back before making changes you do not want associated with the customer-facing view.
This banner is informational only; it does not request approval or change any settings.
Check whether you have permission to reconnect the Slack connection.
Wait for the current reconnect attempt to finish.
Hover the button to read the disabled reason, if one is shown.
Contact Cashfeed support if reconnect should be available but stays blocked.
Click Reconnect again after the first attempt finishes.
Confirm the Slack connection was re-authorized successfully.
Refresh the page and check whether the banner clears.
Contact Cashfeed support if the banner remains after reconnection.
Try Accept or Reject again after a moment.
Refresh the page and retry the banner action.
Make sure you are responding from the organisation that received the request.
Contact Cashfeed support if the request still cannot be processed.
Complete the re-authentication flow for the affected connection.
Make sure you finish the external login or consent step.
Return to Cashfeed and reload the page after renewing.
Contact Cashfeed support if the banner remains after successful re-authentication.
