Settings → Organisation → Incoming emails
Open Incoming emails in your organisation settings.
Turn on Only accept incoming emails from team members.
Leave it off if you want external senders to keep forwarding invoices.
Save the change by leaving the toggle on.
This only limits incoming email intake; it does not affect uploaded files or other channels.
Find the Slug field in Incoming emails.
Enter a slug that is at least 3 characters long.
Click away from the field to save it.
Use the displayed address, slug@your-domain, to forward emails with attachments into Cashfeed.
If you delete the slug, the forwarding address becomes unavailable until you set one again.
Open Manage blocked emails.
Add an email address fragment or recipient fragment to block matching messages.
Add a subject-line fragment to block messages with matching subjects.
Remove a rule anytime with the X on the chip.
For email and recipient rules, Cashfeed blocks when the From or To address contains your text.
Make sure the slug is at least 3 characters long.
Click out of the field to trigger saving.
Re-enter the slug without extra spaces.
Contact Cashfeed support if the setting still fails to save.
Check whether the message matched a different address or subject than expected.
Add a broader email or recipient fragment.
Add a subject-line fragment if the sender uses changing addresses.
Remove and re-add the rule if it looks incorrect.
Enter some text before clicking Add.
Wait until any current add or delete action finishes.
Try a shorter fragment if your entry is too specific.
Contact Cashfeed support if the rule still will not save.
