
Settings → Billing / Subscription
Go to your Cashfeed billing or subscription page.
Choose the option that opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
Wait for the portal to load in a new page.
If you are sent back after closing it, reopen the portal from Cashfeed.
The portal link is created for your organisation, so it should always bring you back safely.
In Stripe, open the payment methods section.
Add a new card or edit the existing payment method.
Set the new card as the default payment method.
Save your changes before closing the portal.
If you replace a card, make sure the new one is set as default.
Open the invoices or billing history section in Stripe.
Check your Cashfeed invoice list and payment history.
Use the portal to confirm what was paid and when.
Return to Cashfeed when you are done reviewing.
The portal is for viewing billing records only; it does not change your Cashfeed subscription automatically.
Try opening the billing page again from Cashfeed.
Allow pop-ups or new tabs in your browser.
Sign in to the correct Cashfeed organisation.
Contact Cashfeed support if the portal still fails to load.
Make sure you are in the Stripe Customer Portal, not a Cashfeed settings page.
Try again after reloading the portal.
Use a different browser or private window.
Contact Cashfeed support if the edit option is missing.
Confirm you opened the portal from the correct organisation.
Check whether you have switched organisations in Cashfeed.
Refresh the portal to reload billing data.
Contact Cashfeed support if the billing history still looks wrong.
