Organisation Subscription page → open the billing portal

Open the billing portal

1. Go to the Subscription page for your organisation

2. Click the option to open the billing portal

3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal

4. Return to Cashfeed anytime using the portal's return option

Opening the portal for the first time can create your Stripe customer profile automatically.

Update your payment method

1. Open the billing portal from the Subscription page

2. Go to the payment method section in Stripe

3. Add or update your card following Stripe's steps

4. Confirm the change before leaving the portal

Changes only apply to the Stripe customer linked to the organisation you opened the portal from.

Review billing invoices and payments

1. Open the billing portal from the Subscription page

2. Open the billing history or invoices area in Stripe

3. Review your Cashfeed subscription charges and payments

This history shows Cashfeed subscription charges only, not invoices processed inside Cashfeed.
