Understanding credit usage

Where to find it

Settings → Billing (credit balance, last top-up date, and usage history)

✅ Common tasks

Know what uses credits

1. Extracting data from an invoice uses credits

2. Approving an incoming invoice uses credits

3. Booking an invoice uses credits

4. Sending an outgoing invoice uses credits

All these actions on the same day show up as one combined Usage entry, not separate charges.

Check your balance and usage history

1. Go to Settings → Billing

2. Check your current credit balance before processing many invoices

3. Check the last top-up date

4. Review the Usage entries to see credits consumed each day

5. Go to the next page for older history

Fix a processing block

1. Check your credit balance for a block reason

2. Add credits or ask an Owner or Admin to manage billing

3. Retry the invoice-processing action once credits are available
