Open Billing and look for your current balance.
Check the balance in both credits and EUR.
Review the last top-up date if you need to confirm recent activity.
Look at the processing blocked message if invoice work has stopped.
The EUR value uses your organisation’s current credits-to-EUR rate.
Expect one credit use for approved incoming invoices.
Expect one credit use for invoice booking.
Expect one credit use for invoice extraction.
Expect one credit use for outgoing invoice sending.
Treat multiple usage entries on the same day as a single grouped usage line in the list.
Usage lines are grouped by day when you view your credit transactions.
Open the credit transaction list in Billing.
Use the transaction list to see credits added, deducted, and usage grouped by day.
Check the description and date to understand each non-usage transaction.
Use pagination if you need older transactions.
Usage entries can be merged, so the list may show fewer lines than raw events.
Add more credits to raise the balance.
Then recheck Billing to confirm processing is no longer blocked.
If the block message still appears after top-up, refresh the page and check again.
Contact Cashfeed support if the balance looks wrong or processing remains blocked.
Cashfeed reports a processing block separately from the credit balance itself.
Open Billing and confirm the balance is zero or very low.
Add more credits to the organisation.
Refresh Billing and check whether the block message disappears.
Contact Cashfeed support if the block remains after top-up.
Check the credit transactions list for recent top-ups and deductions.
Confirm whether usage entries were grouped into one daily line.
Check the balance in EUR and credits together.
Contact Cashfeed support if the transactions still do not add up.
Remember that Cashfeed groups usage transactions by day in the list.
Check whether several invoices were processed on the same date.
Review the transaction dates rather than counting visible rows only.
Open the credit transaction list and move to older pages if needed.
Check the last top-up date.
Refresh the page after a recent payment or top-up.
Contact Cashfeed support if a confirmed payment is not reflected.
