
Onboarding flow → Bank connection / Peppol
Open the onboarding bank verification step.
Choose your bank from the list of available banks.
If the list is still loading, wait for it to finish.
If the bank list fails to load, try again.
This step uses your onboarding country to filter the available banks.
Continue after choosing your bank.
Use the bank connection flow to complete verification.
If you do not want to finish right now, use Skip to move on.
If your organisation is not in a Peppol-supported country, onboarding skips the Peppol step automatically.
The next onboarding step depends on your organisation country.
Open the sync bank account step for the connected bank.
Review the accounts found for that connection.
Confirm the bank details shown in the embedded editor.
Select the accounts you want to sync and click Sync.
If you do not want to sync right now, use Skip to continue onboarding.
If your bank connection is missing, the screen shows Connection not found.
Open the Peppol onboarding step after bank verification.
Submit the Peppol setup request.
If your organisation is KYB verified, Cashfeed registers Peppol immediately.
If your organisation is not KYB verified, Cashfeed marks the request as requested and completes it later.
Peppol setup requires your organisation country and VAT number for immediate registration.
Wait until the loading state finishes.
Refresh the onboarding step and try again.
If it keeps failing, try again later.
Retry the step.
Check that you are still signed in to the correct organisation.
If the error persists, contact Cashfeed support.
Go back and make sure the bank connection was created first.
Check that you opened the correct connection ID.
If the connection still does not appear, contact Cashfeed support.
Check whether your organisation is KYB verified.
Make sure your organisation country and VAT number are filled in.
If you expect immediate registration but still see requested, contact Cashfeed support.
