Onboarding: bank connection and Peppol setup

Where to find it

Onboarding → Verify / Sync bank account / Peppol

✅ Common tasks

Connect your bank

1. Open the bank verification step.

2. Choose your bank from the list.

3. Wait for the bank list to finish loading.

4. Click the bank connection flow and complete the embedded screen.

The bank list uses your organisation’s country, with Belgium as the fallback.

Verify and sync accounts

1. Continue to the bank verification step.

2. Review the connection in the embedded verify screen.

3. Click Skip if you want to continue without verifying more banks.

4. Open the sync bank account step.

5. Choose the accounts you want to sync and click Sync.

This step uses Skip instead of a separate save button.

Enable Peppol

1. Open the Peppol onboarding step.

2. Start registration in the embedded enable screen.

3. Continue after Cashfeed sets the Peppol status.

4. Use the status to check whether Peppol is live or still requested.

Requested means the setup is pending, not live on the network.
