
Settings → Email intake → Blocked emails
Open the Blocked emails settings.
Choose Manage blocked emails.
Under Email addresses and recipients, enter text to match.
Use a partial value like newsletter@ or noreply if needed.
Click Add.
The rule matches when the sender or recipient text contains your entry.
Open the Blocked emails settings.
Choose Manage blocked emails.
Under Subject lines, enter the text to block.
Use a partial subject like Unsubscribe or Out of office if needed.
Click Add.
Subject rules only check the email subject, not attachments or body text.
Open the Blocked emails settings.
Choose Manage blocked emails.
Find the rule chip under Email addresses and recipients or Subject lines.
Click the X on the rule you want to remove.
Wait for the settings to refresh after removal.
Removing a rule only affects future emails, not documents already processed.
Enter at least one non-empty value.
Remove extra spaces and try again.
Check whether another blocked-email change is still saving.
Try again as an organisation admin or owner if you cannot manage settings.
Make sure the sender, recipient, CC, BCC, or subject contains your blocked text.
Use a broader partial match if the address changes slightly.
Check whether the message was sent to a Cashfeed inbox address that should not be matched on the To field.
Add a subject-line rule if the sender address is not enough.
Click the X on the rule chip again.
Wait for the settings list to refresh.
Reload the page and try removing it once more.
Contact Cashfeed support if the rule still appears after refresh.
Ask an organisation admin or owner to manage blocked emails.
Check that you are in the correct organisation.
Switch organisations and look in the same settings area again.
