Open Plans & Features for your organisation.
Review the three tiers: Simple Invoicing, Approvals, and Accounting Automation.
Select a higher tier to unlock that tier and all lower tiers.
The page keeps your current tier selected unless you change it.
If you try to select a lower tier than you already have, Cashfeed keeps your current tier.
To downgrade, contact support.
Set the expected monthly invoice volume with the slider or number field.
Use the number field for an exact value; it clamps to the allowed range.
Check the credit breakdown to see credits per action.
Compare the estimated monthly credits with the displayed monthly price.
Use the pricing summary to understand the current credits-to-euro rate.
The estimate updates from the tier you currently have selected.
Make sure the selected tier is different from your current tier.
Click Save configuration.
Wait for the success message before leaving the page.
If you change your mind, select your current tier again before saving.
After saving, refresh the page if the balance view does not update immediately.
The Save button stays disabled until you make a change.
Choose a different tier than the one you already have.
Check that you are not trying to downgrade below your current tier.
Wait until the page finishes loading.
Try again after reselecting the tier.
This is expected for downgrades.
Keep the current tier or choose a higher one.
Contact support if you need help with a downgrade.
Check your internet connection and try again.
Retry after reloading the Plans & Features page.
If the error remains, Contact Cashfeed support.
Confirm the expected monthly invoice volume.
Check that you selected the intended tier.
Refresh the page to reload the latest billing data.
