Settings → Organisation
Go to Settings → Organisation.
Wait for the settings page to load; it shows sections in one scrolling view.
Use the page hash or section headings to jump to a section.
If the page fails to load, refresh and try again.
Some sections only appear when your organisation has the right connection or permission.
Open the General section to review your organisation details.
Change items the section allows, such as profile details or VAT-related settings.
Save the change from the same section.
If VAT changes are not available, your organisation may not be allowed to change them.
Only owners and admins can access organisation settings.
Open the section you need: SEPA bank accounts, outgoing invoices, purchase orders, Peppol, or incoming emails.
Edit the values shown in that section, not from a different settings page.
For invoice categorisation, use Invoice categories or Invoice extraction defaults when those sections are shown.
If your organisation has an accounting connection, extra sections like invoice processing and expense types appear.
Invoice categories only appear when that feature is enabled for your organisation.
Scroll to the Danger zone section, if it is available.
Choose Delete organisation.
Type DELETE exactly in the confirmation field.
Confirm the deletion only when you are sure; after deletion, you are redirected away.
If this is your last organisation, Cashfeed logs you out after deletion.
Refresh the page and try again.
Check that you still have access to the organisation.
Contact Cashfeed support if the error continues.
Check whether your organisation has the needed connection or feature enabled.
Look for the section lower on the page; some sections only appear in certain setups.
Ask an owner or admin to confirm your permissions.
Confirm you are an owner or admin.
Ask another admin whether VAT changes are allowed for the organisation.
Contact Cashfeed support if the control should be available but is not.
Type DELETE exactly in the confirmation field.
Close and reopen the dialog, then enter DELETE again.
Make sure you are in the Danger zone section and have delete access.
