
Organisation onboarding URL, starting at /onboarding
Open your new organisation’s onboarding flow.
If the organisation is already completed, you’ll be sent to the To-do list.
Follow the step shown in the header; Cashfeed routes you to the correct next step automatically.
Use Back or Skip where available to move through optional steps.
The flow can branch by country, so not every organisation sees the same steps.
On Welcome, enter your organisation name and country.
Add VAT number, website, and address fields if you have them.
If Cashfeed suggests a matching company, select it to prefill details.
Edit the fields manually if you do not want to use the suggestion.
Save to continue to the next onboarding step.
Changing the name after selecting a company clears the prefilled company details.
On Verify, choose a bank from the list and connect it.
If the bank list fails to load, try again later.
Skip bank setup if needed to continue onboarding.
After bank sync, finish the sync screen for the selected account.
If your country supports it, continue to Peppol setup; otherwise Cashfeed moves on automatically.
The bank sync step can route either to Peppol or directly to auto-forward, depending on country.
On Connect, add your Gmail or Microsoft mailbox if you want email intake.
If you see an error after mailbox setup, fix the indicated issue and try again.
On Auto-forward, choose where incoming and outgoing documents should be forwarded.
Pick one of Cashfeed’s suggestions or choose Other… and type a custom email.
On WhatsApp, link your number to send receipts from your phone, or skip the step.
If no suggested forwarding addresses exist, Cashfeed shows plain email fields instead of a dropdown.
Refresh the step and try again.
Check your connection and reopen onboarding.
If it still fails, contact Cashfeed support.
Go back and repeat the Gmail or Microsoft connection.
Make sure you granted email-reading permission.
If the message persists, use the error shown on screen and try again.
Type the forwarding address manually.
Use Other… when a suggested email list is shown.
Check back after your organisation’s email intake details are available.
Continue without linking again.
Check the linked number shown on the step.
If the number is wrong, contact Cashfeed support.
Use the Close button only if you have another organisation to switch to.
If you leave, your onboarding progress is lost and the organisation is removed.
If you need help switching organisations, use the account menu after onboarding.
