Weekly digest emails

Where to find it

Settings → User preferences / settings → Weekly digest

✅ Common tasks

Turn on weekly digest

1. Open your user settings for the organisation you want.

2. Find the weekly digest setting in email preferences.

3. Switch the weekly digest toggle on.

4. Refresh the page if the change does not save.

This setting applies only to the organisation you are viewing.

Turn off weekly digest

1. Open your user settings for the organisation you want.

2. Find the weekly digest setting in email preferences.

3. Switch the weekly digest toggle off.

4. Check you changed the setting on the correct organisation.

The toggle is saved per organisation, not across your whole account.

Open digest link

1. Open the weekly digest link in the email.

2. Wait for Cashfeed to validate the link.

3. Continue in the target organisation if validation succeeds.

The link must match both the organisation and your user access.
